What you need: 1 package of any cheap turkey, at aldi they have it in a nice reusable plastic container. 2 strips of thick cut bacon per person, 1 diced pepper, 1 diced onion, a pack of small halved grape tomatoes. Spices: turmeric, garlic powder, paprika, sea salt, some garlic parmesan marinade, some mustard, I prefer spicy, but this is up to you. 1 Pack of shredded sharp cheddar cheese and an avocado.  As for bread, i like naan wraps, but you can use kaiser rolls, hero rolls or wraps of any kind. Experiment so you find what you like the most

I make mine on a portable electric griddle which you can get at Walmart for 30 bucks. A large pan will do, but the griddle makes this much easier and is great for a few other of our recipes. Either way, start with the bacon, you need 2 strips per sandwich, these are not finger sandwiches so if you have smaller eaters make them half a sandwich each. On the other side of the grill pour a little olive oil and pour the veggies on it. grab one handful of turkey for each 2 sandwiches, hand shred it, and place it on top of the veggies. Pour a few shakes of your dry spices on top, a squeeze of your marinades goes next. top with some cheddar. Have some good flat spatulas. place your bread/wraps in the toaster oven, but don’t start heating. now start flipping your veggie/turkey pile, and flip your bacon as shown. Spreading the bacon grease into the veggies adds taste. now turn on the toaster oven and heat for 3 minutes. stir and flip your veggie pile and take the bacon off when ready. take the wraps out and put them individually on plates. place the bacon in the center, add the avocado. Scoop the veggies and turkey and distribute on the wraps. A little ranch dressing is a good idea here. wrap or leave open and you are ready to eat my friend.
