RECIPES  - The Breakfast.

I have had a bunch of personal trainers and everyone of them told me that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and finally they convinced me.

I had one other deal, 12 years ago I started getting arthritis in my hands. The pain required 4 advils in the morniing and I was only 40 something. My Buddy Greg told me about a spice called turmeric. He further explained that if ii put 2-3 shakes of the spice in anything i cooked once per day, that my arthriitis would go away. 10 days later it was gone. So I cook with turmeric every day.
The breakfast was my first successful meal i could make tasty and easy and put turmeric in every day. If you have pain from swelling turmeric is THE STUFF! It does not work well in pills, you need to melt it down so it digests. Trust me you will love the taste I have tried various other ways, but start here,

The Recipe-The Breakfast
Recipe - The Breakfast The point of our breakfast is a reasonably healthy, low-cal, high protein, anti-iinflammatory meal that tastes great, is cheap and easy to make. On your first try, you can always get a bag of jimmy dean’s breakfast skillet packs and just start there.
The better way: 1 package of o’brien potatoes, 1 pack of frozen peppers and onions, 1 pack of mini frozen turkey sausage links, zuchini strings are good if you like, but sausage, peppers onions and potatoes are the base. you can also chop up some bacon into bits and pre-fry them and cook the rest in the bacon grease. Tasty, but if you are older, you will drive up your cholesterol and blood pressure. That said, you can use whole eggs, but I use egg whites.
Our spices are as follows: Turmeric, garlic powder, sea salt, pepper, cheddar cheese. Its easy to make. 1 very non-stick pan, heat the pan on high, pour in some olive oil and heat to the place it runs around the pan. you use one handful of breakfast mix (peppers, onions, sausage, potatoes) per person. The more handfuls, the longer it takes to brown it. one handful takes just a few minutes, 4 can take 12 minutes. brown the mix, flipping it multiple times, until you can see a slight charring. pour in your eggwhites, 1 Mississippi per person, spice with your spices. liberally turn the eggs into fluffy mix, better to flip than to stir. Eat up
